Our busy routine has kept us engaged that we ignore our self and due to this we go through different health related problems. Sometimes it is hard to focus on oneself when you have your mind engaged or sometimes people are lazy and do not try hard to keep their own self healthy but their some simple hacks that can help you modify your lifestyle:
